Great location, spacious room!

The juice provided at breakfast was not fresh, which caused my daughter to feel sick after having it. The Wi-Fi in the room was also poor.

I booked a room with jacuzzi but unfortunately it didn’t looked so clean, I noticed some hair and its surface had some stains. So instead of relaxing after a long travel I had to go to the market in front of the hotel and buy some detergents to clean it myself so that I could enjoy it properly.

- The rooms are lovely and big. - location is good and it takes 20 minutes to walk to old town. - The cleaning team are lovely.

- The staff are rude- The whole place smells of smoke.- wifi is terrible and I didn’t have any for 48 hours- reception staff can’t speak English well and I don’t speak Turkish.- reception staff very dismissive and rude - not as clean as it should be - the cleaners are lovely but the cleaning could be improved.

Very nice and modern rooms and facilities

The bathroom was not properly clean when I entered the room. There was hair on the side of the sink and the sink was a little bit dirty. The shower head was not clean, and the toilet flush button had fingerprints on it. I told the reception about it. After another swipe from the cleaning staff, it was still not properly clean. So I had to clean them myself.The carpets on the floors were all dirty and stained.

It is clean, rooms are nice, breakfast is full of tasty food.

Silent place

1. Safe box had problem , 2 times I informed reception they did not care.2.They insiste to recieve cash instead of card payment or adding to room account. I informed the manager at the morning . But I am not sure that manager will do some thing about it,3.For money exchange : 1Euro = 28 TlThey wanted to calculate 1 Euro : 15 TL ????4.balcony not like the picture they provide during reservation and useless .

The manager went out of his way to accommodate our dietary requirements. I would have given a 10, but the other staff were not so helpful and found it easier just to say "No" to everything with no smile!!

The hotel has a great location, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent, though it lacked variety on some days. Overall, a pleasant stay, but a few improvements could make the experience even better.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the room was really poor. It was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

Nothing special

Ac wasn’t working, bed makes super nose when you move one side to other side, in bathroom it’s dark no light in bathroom, after taking shower water comes in room. Room tieless are broken.

It was nice hotel and good location . The old man was working night shift making a tea really respectful and good guy ???

The young guy who cleans the hotel was very rude and did not clean at all. The employees of the restaurant were very racist and spoke badly, so I preferred to go to restaurants in the market to eat, even though the food at the hotel was better. I think they should change the waiters.

Jacuzzi not working room i dirty , we paid for it, horrible experience not nice hote

We booked the deluxe room which is most expensive room that have a jacuzzi included.When we checked in we found the room dirty andd messy, so we informed the hotel and it turned out that they checked us in a non cleaned room, so they requested us to wait in the lobby until it finished so we had to waid for more than an hour.So at night we decided to use the jacuzzi to relax so it turned out it is not working so we contacted reception so they cam to inform us it is broken??!!!! So we paid for a room with highest rate because it contains a jacuzzi and it is not working??? What a rip off!! No honesty or integrity you should refund at least the difference or gave us a room with working jacuzzi this is fraud. There only excuse is that they are sorry. Room service horrible we requested an iron it arrived after more that 2 hours when we felt sleep, we had to call every 30 mins to check and they hand the line on us and keep it busy.Next day morning early around 7 they called and woke us up to get the iron back, after that we couldn’t go back to sleep, it is a very bad hotel experience

You can hear people in other room. Travelled with family and our neighbor was having fun with girls friend

When we first came to check-in to the hotel we were greeted by amazing staff. They had a parking spot available for us. They went out of their way to ensure that we are happy with everything and enjoy our stay. We were so impressed and happy how attentive and caring they were. The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, close to everything. I would highly recommend the stay in this hotel to everyone.

The beds were comfortable and shower was nice.

There was barely any room to get through from the bed area because the bed takes up a lot of room vertically. The lights stopped working a lot and were an issue.

Breakfast is included, Location was on point, For Taxi the Receptionist called around 3:15 am and the Taxi arrived in 5 minutes. Grocery, Banks, Oldtown, Harbour are all near the Hotel.

The attitude of some Receptionists. The aircon at night, it kept on turning off after 15 minutes then turned on and it was a bit warm. I emphasized that we were 4 but the Bedsheets were only 3 as well as the Pillows, the glasses.

Do not stay in this hotel

The staff were not friendly, they did not put enough towels in our room the whole stay and when we ask them they do not provide us, they have always a delay in everything we ask for, and also the towels were dirty, they did not do the service room the first two days and when we asked them they told us that they forgot.The breakfast was very limited, there were no locks on the bathroom door.

It was very affordable and was in a decent area. The breakfast was not so bad.

There wasn’t any room service. We pressed the button on the door, that was meant for room service. however the cleaning lady didn’t clean our room. It was only one day where we had to find her in the lobby and tell her to clean and even then all she done was give us a few new towels and somewhat make the bed. On the first day we had no shower gel and so we tried ask the lobby for it and the guy said he’ll get the lady to come give it to us within minutes. We waited around 20minutes, waiting to shower and no one came. Then we had gone to the corridor to try look for her and saw her cleaning stand on our floor and went to get some shower gel. That’s when she came and saw us and was really rude and shoved passed my friend and came into our room and gave us the shower gel and then she proceeded to slam the door shut on her way out. It was honestly very disrespectful as all we wanted was shower gel and we were trying to tell her that. Our friends who also booked, separately, during this same trip didn’t get any room service at all and they were not happy as their room was very messy given we were staying multiple nights. Honestly, the communication was not there and I felt like the lobby reception were a little rude too; I tried asking for a spare room card for my friend and they said they can’t give it out as they’re low and gave me a rude look and somewhat yelled at me. But mainly the cleaner and her attitude she showed us just because we were trying to get some gel. And I feel like she didn’t care to clean me and my friend’s rooms. We had 3 rooms and only ours was cleaned, only a little, on just one occasion. My other 4 friends (2 rooms) were not touched once. Very disappointing and I will not be coming here again. This was my second time in Antalya within a year (last time I came was this same time last year, 2023, for my birthday) and if I do visit Antalya again, I certainly won’t be visiting here at this hotel.

The room service wS very slow. We did not have blankets in the room and had to ask for it multiple times.
